Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee
The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) was established by the County Council to oversee a comprehensive program for improving the County's roads for pedestrian and bicycle use. Section 3-3-22 of the Baltimore County Code describes the duties of the committee.
MEETINGS
All PBAC meetings are open to the public. Unless otherwise noted, meetings begin at 4 p.m. in Room 104 at:

No meetings will be held when County schools are either closed for the day or subject to early dismissal due to inclement weather. For questions regarding the cancellation of a meeting, please call the Department of Public Works and Transportation and Transportation at 410-887-3554.

March 8, 2023 | Citizen Input Meeting on Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee is interested in hearing your suggestions for new bicycle or pedestrian improvements that could be candidates for grant funding or budgeted for capital improvements. Suggested projects should make it easier or safer for you to access destinations by walking or cycling, and have the support of the community. This meeting will take place after the PBAC meeting and will begin at 5 p.m. |
