Special Exception pursuant to Section 1A01.2.C and 502.1, BCZR to permit a church or other building for religious worship in the RC-2 zone. Variance pursuant to Section 1A01.3.B to permit a variance to the street and lot line setback requirements of 75 ft. from the centerline and 35 ft. from the lot line. The proposed front addition to the existing church will yield a 31.5 ft. setback from the centerline of the street (Dover Road). The proposed lot line setbacks are 4 ft. and 6.4 ft. from the rear and side lot lines, respectively, for the existing church and 27.5 ft. for the existing building which will be used as the church parish hall. For such other and further relief as may be deemed necessary by the Administrative Law Judge.
