Special Hearing pursuant to Section 500.7 of the BCZR, to permit advertising signage on the proposed menu board. To permit 4 ft. by 8 ft. "Red Dog" visual on the side facade of the proposed Raising Cane's restaurant. For such other and further relief as may be deemed necessary by the Administrative Law Judge. Variance 1. BCZR, Section 409.6.A.2 to permit 750 parking spaces in lieu of the required 1,116 parking spaces for the retail, office , theater and restaurant uses in the existing shopping center on the property. 2. Section 450.4, Attachment 1, 3(a) of the BCZR to permit a sign face area of 62.48 sq. ft. in lieu of the maximum permitted area of 8 sq. ft. for a Directional sign. 3. Section 450.4, Attachment 1,5(a) of the BCZR to permit 6 proposed wall-mounted enterprise signs in lieu of the maximum 3 permitted per building. Variance 4. Section 450.4, Attachment 1, 5(a) of the BCZR to permit a sign face area of 139.5 sq. ft. in lieu of the maximum permitted area of 122 sq. ft. for a wall-mounted enterprise sign. 5. Section 450.4, Attachment 1, 1 of the BCZR to permit an Enterprise Window sign not facing the front facade. 6. Section 450.4, Attachment 1,5(f) of the BCZR to permit 5 freestanding wall-mounted; projecting Enterprise signs in lieu of the maximum 2 permitted. For such other and further relief as may be deemed necessary by the Administrative Law Judge.
