This program, provided by Medstar Good Samaritan Hospital, is an interactive, hour-long educational session with a rehab therapist. Learn about techniques to reduce your chances of having a stroke and how to incorporate exercise as a prevention method.
Free stroke prevention kits are provided for all participants.

From Frederick (approximate drive time - 55 minutes)
I 70 (East) to I 695 (South/East - Glen Burnie). I 695 to I 95 (North (Baltimore/New York). Go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel. I 95 to Dundalk Avenue (Bear Right onto Dundalk Avenue). Turn Left onto Holabird Avenue. The Ateaze Senior Center is approximately 1 mile on the right (It is an old school).
From Annapolis (approximate drive time - 45 minutes)
I 97 (North) to I 895 (North/East). Go through the old Harbor Tunnel. I 895 to Holabird Avenue (first exit) Proceed straight ahead. The Ateaze Senior Center is approximately 2 miles on the right (It is an old school).
