byko Stroke Awareness Education 2023

This program, provided by Medstar Good Samaritan Hospital, is an interactive, hour-long educational session with a rehab therapist. Learn about techniques to reduce your chances of having a stroke and how to incorporate exercise as a prevention method.

Free stroke prevention kits are provided for all participants.

Right on Bosley Avenue to the third traffic light, which is Allegheny Avenue.  Right on Allegheny Avenue to Central Avenue, one block.  Right on Central Avenue.  Senior Center is located in the old Towson Elementary School.
