Do you feel unsteady when standing or walking? Do you worry about falling? Discover the risk factors that can contribute to falls by completing a Falls Self-Assessment. Learn about physical as well as environmental factors that can increase the risk of falling. Once you are aware of the risk factors, you will master specific strategies that can be used to prevent falls. Did you know that yoga can improve balance and flexibility? Participate in basic chair yoga moves that may improve your range of motion and prevent future falls. Brainstorm strategies to help yourself if you should fall.
