Healthy Aging with Nutrition
This lecture covers a broad scope of nutrition topics including: a review of macronutrients and their importance as well as key nutrients of focus for healthy aging and the immune system. We cover amounts to aim for in your daily intake along with specific foods and lifestyle changes that can aid in health. We discuss tips for making grocery shopping easier and a review of staples for your list.
