Open Enrollment is the time to search for your best and least expensive Prescription Drug Plan for 2024. Baltimore County State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) has trained counselors to assist you in-person and over the phone with evaluating your Part D plan choices.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

* List of your prescriptions (dosage and frequency)                                                      * Your Medicare and other healthcare insurance cards

Directions from the South (Towson): Take I-695 to Exit 27B North (Dulaney Valley Rd.) After the Loch Raven Reservoir Bridge, bear left onto Jarrettsville Pike (MD-146.) Stay on Jarrettsville Pike approximately 5 miles until the 3rd traffic light. Turn right at the light onto Sweet Air Rd. Go about a 1/2 mile to the sign on the right that says Sweet Air Park.  This is the entrance to the senior center and community center.

From the North (York, PA):

Take I-83 South to Exit 20A (East) onto Shawan Rd. Turn right onto York Rd (MD-45.) Turn left onto Ashland Rd (MD-145.) Ashland Rd will become Paper Mill Rd. Stay on MD-145 to the intersection of Jarrettsville Pike.  Stay on MD-145 which becomes Sweet Air Road.  Go about 1/2 mile from intersection to the sign on the right that says Sweet Air Park.  This is the entrance to the senior center and the community center.
