Every year, Medicare Part D plans are allowed to change their premiums, deductibles, formularies, pharmacy contracts and tier structure. Therefore, it is imperative to be proactive during the annual open enrollment period from October 15 - December 7. This presentation will review the Medicare.gov Medicare Plan Finder tool and how you can do your own Part D research and enrollment.

Directions: Take I-695 to Exit 35, Rte 40 East. Take Rte 40 approximately one mile to Martin Blvd cut-off (pass through 2 lights on Rte 40 and go just past the Harley Davidson Store on your right.) Bear right on to Martin Blvd (Rte 700.) Turn left at the 2nd light on Martin Blvd onto Compass Rd. The senior center is the second building on the right, next to Walgreens.
