Amended Petition for Special Hearing to 1) remove restriction 1 from the Board of Appeals Opinion and Order in case number 93-221-A, prohibiting the property from being associated with the commercial fishing and crabbing business at 1326 Gooseneck Road and to amend the approved site plan to substitute a 30-foot by 65-foot utility shed in lieu of the previously approved 24-foot by 36-foot utility shed; and 2) to limit the use of the utility shed and lot for storage purposes only, with no commercial activity taking place on the property.
