Amended Petition for Special Hearing to remove restriction number 1 from the Board of Appeals Opinion and Order in Case number 93-221-A prohibiting the property from being associated with the commercial fishing and crabbing business at 1326 Gooseneck Road; to amend the approved site plan to substitute a 30 feet by 65 feet utility shed in lieu of the previously approved 24 feet by 36 feet utility shed; and to limit the use of the utility shed and lot for storage purposes only, with no commercial activity taking place on the property.
