Baltimore County Recreation and Parks Buildings to be Closed Effective Saturday, March 14
Free Take-Away Meals Available For Youth at Designated Locations
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Baltimore County Recreation and Parks buildings will be closed to the public effective Saturday March 14, until further notice.
Beginning Tuesday, March 17, the Department of Recreation and Parks will offer limited meal distribution to children 18 and under with support from the Maryland Food Bank and Healthy Food Access St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore.
The Department will offer the take-away meals from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays and on Saturday. Residents can drive to the location and receive a box of groceries without leaving their cars.
There is a limited number of meals available and they will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis at the following locations:
