Agriculture Building Verification Overview and Stakeholder Input Session
In order to alleviate issues that landowners have experienced with lack of clarity and ability to receive confirmation of qualifying for the Agriculture Building Exemption, as well as to mitigate instances of those who may take advantage of a potential loophole by self-selecting as exempt in situations which do not apply, the County is exploring a process to verify qualified agriculture exempt buildings.
The Office of Agriculture, Department of Planning, and Department of Permits, Approvals, and Inspections will provide an overview of the Agriculture Building Exemption and the proposed Agriculture Building Verification Process, at the end of the presentation there will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
