DETECTIVES ARREST SUSPECT IN MIDDLE RIVER

Homicide detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department arrested 46-year-old Eddie Workman Jr. in a homicide that occurred Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Workman remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center, charged with first-degree murder. On November 15, 2023, officers from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Essex Precinct responded to the area of S. Seneca and New Section Road, 21220, in reference to an unresponsive subject. When officers arrived, they located 36-year-old Kenneth W. Workman III. Mr. Workman, who had suffered trauma to the upper body, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
