BCOPD Detectives pursue leads in Woodlawn shooting investigation

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department’s Homicide Unit are pursuing leads in the shooting that occurred yesterday in the 1800 block of Woodlawn Dr., 21207. The deceased male has been identified as 28-year-old Judah James. The other three male victims, ages 25, 26, and 29, along with a 26-year-old female victim. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still under investigation. Anyone with information pertinent to the case to is asked to contact 410-307-2020. At approximately 4:05 a.m., on Saturday, December 23, 2023, officers assigned to the Baltimore County Police Department’s Woodlawn Precinct responded to the 1800 block of Woodlawn Dr., 21207, in reference to a disturbance. Shortly after officers arrived, they located five victims suffering from gunshot wounds. At least one victim had been pronounced deceased at this time, the other victims have been transported to area hospitals.
While the search for suspect(s) continues, the Baltimore County Police Department asks anyone with pertinent information about this crime or the person(s) responsible to contact homicide detectives by calling 410-307-2020.
