2001 Unsolved Homicide of Mary Roe

The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for the community’s help in solving the murder of 56-year-old Mary Roe. The killing happened twenty-three years ago on March 24, 2001. Officers responded to the scene after one of Roe’s colleagues found her that fateful morning fatally stabbed inside Atlantic Cleaners located in the 700 block of Walker Ave., 21212. It was not uncommon for Roe to report to work early. Even though more than two decades have passed, Baltimore County detectives remain optimistic the person(s) responsible for committing this crime will be identified with the public’s help.
