Baltimore County Detectives Seek Information in 1986 Unsolved Murder

It has been thirty-eight years since the murder of 24-year-old Janice Potter. Janice’s husband found his wife stabbed and strangled on the evening of April 15, 1986. He had just returned home from a night class he was taking. At the time of her death, Janice was two months pregnant with the couple’s first child. As investigators continue to follow up on leads, family members hold out hope that the person responsible will be caught. This killing occurred on Talister Court, 21237 between the hours of 6 and 10 p.m.
