Arrest Made Following School Threat
Baltimore County police have arrested an 18-year-old in reference to a school threat made earlier today. At approximately 9:31 a.m., officers assigned to Precinct 12 – Dundalk began to investigate an online threat that appeared on social media. As officers investigated this matter, Dundalk High School and Sollers Point Technical High School were placed on a lockout status.
It is important that everybody, including students, understand the ramifications of making threats, whether they are true or not. Making threats can have serious legal consequences.
The Baltimore County Police Department continues to remind all students, parents and staff to report any suspicious or threatening activity. Threats can be reported to school resource officers or school administrators.
