Arrest Made in Randallstown Homicide

Baltimore County Police Homicide detectives arrested and charged 38-year-old Jason Tuck with first-degree murder in connection with the homicide that occurred on April 13, 2025. Just before 4:30 p.m., officers responded to the 4000 block of Winlee Rd, 21133, for reports of an assault. Once officers arrived, they located 39-year-old Kevin Tuck suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

Jason Tuck is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Detectives have concluded that this shooting was an isolated incident between known parties. There is no active threat to the community regarding this incident.
