Circumstances Surrounding Crash Remain Under Investigation

At approximately 9:15 p.m., on Wednesday, February 5, officers responded to the 6800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, 21286, following reports of a single-vehicle crash. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2014 Honda CR-V that had struck and overrode a curb just prior to striking a tree. The driver of the vehicle, 90-year-old Robert Grove, was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. On Thursday, February 6, Mr. Grove was pronounced deceased. The circumstances surrounding this crash remain under investigation by members of the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
