Detectives Seek Public’s Help in Unsolved Murder of Judith Miller
Baltimore County detectives continue to seek information in the unsolved murder of 42-year-old Judith Miller, whose tragic death remains an open investigation. On February 28, 1992, 42-year-old Judith Miller was found lying in a ditch by a passing motorist driving north on I-95 to east 695. An autopsy revealed Judith suffered from upper body trauma. Judith was reportedly last seen alive at various bars and dance clubs the night before.
