Eight Juveniles and One 18-Year-Old Taken into Custody Following a Series of Crimes in Towson and Parkville Precincts
Baltimore County detectives have taken eight juveniles and one 18-year-old into custody following a series of crimes that occurred last week in the Baltimore County Police Department’s Towson and Parkville Precincts. Detectives have identified three separate groups of teens responsible for committing these crimes which include carjacking, robbery and burglary.
Detectives have taken four juveniles into custody for committing two armed carjackings on May 10, 2024. Additional investigations are pending.
CRIMES:
- May 10 - 7700 Block Harford Road - Armed Carjacking
- May 10 - 1000 Block York Road - Armed Carjacking
SUSPECTS:
- 17-year-old female - Waived to adult court
- 13-year-old male - Placed by DJS
- 14-year-old female - Placed by DJS
- 15-year-old female - Placed by DJS
As those carjackings were being investigated, an adult and two juveniles were arrested for repeatedly burglarizing a local business located at 1040 York Road.

- May 7 - 1040 York Road - Burglary
- May 11 - 1040 York Road - Burglary
SUSPECTS:
- 18-year-old male - Keyon Addison
- 16-year-old male - Not placed by DJS
- 17-year-old male - Not placed by DJS (2 burglaries)
In addition, officers took two 14-year-old suspects into custody following a reported robbery that occurred on an MTA bus in the area of York Road and Chesapeake Avenue, 21286, at approximately 8:30 p.m. on May 10.

As the investigation is on-going to identify other possible suspects who may be involved in the above crimes, the Baltimore County Police Department would like to recognize and commend the incredible work of the officers and detectives involved in conducting these investigations.
