Shooting Under Investigation
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit are actively investigating circumstances surrounding a shooting that occurred early Monday morning. At approximately 1:45 a.m., officers received a call for shots fired in the area of Taylor Avenue and Oakleigh Road, 21234. Once officers arrived on the scene, they could not locate any victim. A short time later, officers responded to a local hospital for two adult male walk-in shooting victims. Further investigation would determine that the shooting occurred in the 1700 block of Taylor Avenue, 21234. Detectives ask anyone with pertinent information to the case to contact 410-307-2020.
