HOMICIDE VICTIM, 1976
On April 26, 1976, 18-year-old Deborah Scott was found deceased in her apartment in the 2000 block of Woodlawn Drive, 21207. A family member returning home from school found Deborah unresponsive in the apartment. Police were called to the location and it was discovered that Deborah had sustained trauma to her upper body.
Deborah was a student at Morgan State College at the time of her murder.
