Hi, my name is Lemur. When I first arrived at the shelter, I was very scared and not showing my best behavior. Over time, the staff worked with me and I’ve really come out of my shell. Now, I will seek attention, and ask to be pet, when I’m in the mood. If I don’t want to interact, I’ll avoid being touched, or give a nice hiss as my way of asking for space. I’m looking for a home with cat-savvy adults. See, I can be a very affectionate girl, rubbing on my favorite people, purring and wanting to be loved on, but, very much on my terms. I prefer to only be pet on my head, neck, chin and around my shoulders, and want all four feet to stay on the ground. Are you looking for a quirky, silly girl, and willing to accept me as I am?
