Baltimore County is proud to have one of the best resources for small businesses in the state of Maryland. Uniquely positioned to help prospective entrepreneurs start a business, the Small Business Action Team (SBAT) offers new and existing businesses help with technical, financial and marketing strategies. SBAT provides assistance with business plan development, offers one-on-one counseling, connections for MBE and WBE certification and more. Email the SBAT at businesshelp@baltimorecountymd.gov.
