Proposed Fiscal Years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan & Proposed Fiscal Years 2025 – 2029 Public Housing Agency (PHA) 5-Year Plan

The Baltimore County Office of Housing is in the process of submitting its Annual PHA Plan and 5-year PHA Plan. 

All comments are welcome orally by attending the Public Hearing scheduled for 12 Noon on Monday, May 19th. or (in-person) at the Drumcastle Government Center 6401 York Rd Baltimore, MD 21212 at 6:00 pm. 

Written comments may also be submitted until 4:30 pm on May 19, 2025 by emailing housingoffice@baltimorecountymd.gov.
