For such other and further relief as may be deemed necessary by the Administrative Law Judge.  Variance, In the alternative, should special hearing relief not be granted, BCZR 1B02.3.C (and ZCPM S-4) to permit a net lot area of 7,500 sf. in lieu of 20,000 sq. ft., a lot width of 60 ft. in lieu of 100 ft., a side street setback of 25 ft. in lieu of 40 ft. and a sum of side yard widths of 40 ft. in lieu of 55 ft.; and for such other and further relief as may be required by the Administrative Law Judge for Baltimore County.
