ARTHUR M. FRANK, Chief JUDGE
Arthur M. Frank was appointed by Governor Wes Moore to serve as Chief Judge of the Baltimore County Orphans’ Court in 2024. He was elected to the Baltimore County Orphans’ Court in 2014 and has served since then.

JULIET G. FISHER, ASSOCIATE JUDGE
Associate Judge Juliet G. Fisher was appointed to the Baltimore County Orphans’ Court in April 2014 by the Governor of Maryland. She was elected to the Baltimore County Orphans’ Court in 2014, 2018, and 2022.
