Schedule, Reschedule or Cancel an Inspection

You must schedule, reschedule or cancel inspections for your building, electrical or plumbing permits via your online account:

To schedule an inspection—Scheduling requests must be submitted by 2 p.m. the prior business day. You will need a permit number and an existing account.
For an estimated time of inspection, call the office between 7:30 and 8 a.m. on the day of the inspection.
To cancel or reschedule an inspection—Cancellations must be submitted via your online account by 6 a.m. If you missed this 6 a.m. deadline, you can cancel your inspection the same day after 6 a.m. by using the contact information below:
- For building inspections—Call 410-887-3953.
- For electrical inspections—Call 410-887-3960.
- For plumbing inspections—Call 410-887-3620.
