Community Input Meetings
The Community Input Meeting (CIM) is an in-person, open meeting conducted by the development team. The development team presents their concept of development to the community and entertains questions and solicits comments.
The CIM is held in a public place of assembly proximate to the proposed development project. The CIM is not a hearing and no approval will result. A Development Management Project Manager is an impartial participant that facilitates the meeting, records minutes, and provides information specific to Baltimore County development processes.
