Development Plan Conferences
The Development Plan Conference (DPC) is an intervening open meeting occurring after the Community Input Meeting (CIM) and prior to the Development Plan Hearing (DPH). The DPC is chaired by a Development Management Project Manager. Not more than one year after the final CIM and prior to the DPC, the applicant will have submitted a development plan to Baltimore County that is responsive to all concept plan and community input meeting comments offered by the appropriate county and state reviewing agencies and citizens at the CPC and CIM, respectively. This Development Plan is reviewed by said reviewing agencies. The DPC is the vehicle by which comments generated by that review are forwarded to the applicant. The Development Plan resulting from the satisfaction of those DPC agency comments will be the plan presented at the DPH.
