REGULATIONS
Review the below Bureau regulations for commercial disposal, residential collection and the County's three drop-off facilities.
DISPOSAL COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS
Effective July 1, the Bureau of Solid Waste Management will be requiring commercial haulers to have a Solid Waste Collection Permit and a commercial account with Baltimore County in order to use all three drop-off facilities.
- Complete the Commercial Account Application and email to swmcommercialaccount@baltimorecountymd.gov.
RESIDENTIAL COLLECTION
EASTERN SANITARY LANDFILL (ESL)
- Use of Residents' Drop-Off Center (RDOC)
- Acceptance of Asphalt, Concrete, Brick (non-refractory), Block, Stone Aggregate, and Earth
- Acceptance of Non-Hazardous "Special" Solid Wastes
- Acceptance of "Select Waste"
CENTRAL ACCEPTANCE FACILITY (CAF) AND WESTERN ACCEPTANCE FACILITY (WAF)
